The American Legion Junior Shooting Sports Program is a gun safety education and marksmanship program that encompasses the basic elements of safety, education, enjoyment and competition. Local legion posts offer youth air rifle competition and basic safety instruction in conjunction with the National Rifle Association. Northern Region JSSP Tournament was held on April 16, 2016 at the Arlington-Fairfax Chapter of the Izaak Walton League on 14708 Mount Olive Road, Centreville, VA
The Northern Region of the Department of Virginia Jr. Shooting Sports Program Competition was held on Saturday, April 16, 2016 at the Arlington Fairfax Chapter of the Izaak Walton League. Thanks to Northern Region Vice Chairman Claude Davenport, the parents, coaches, contestants and volunteers for a great competition.
