Attached is the latest checklist for year-end reports. As you can see there are quite a few Consolidated Post Reports marked in red. This is because Dale and I did them here at Department Headquarters. This is the responsibility of the district commander to make sure that the posts got their CPR in; even if it meant calling the commander and doing it via phone.
I want to personally thank Steve Heitmeyer, Ray McCoy, Frank Hillyard and Bob Sussan for making sure that their posts turned in their CPRs.
Don’t forget that there are still posts missing their certification of officers form. I need these in order to complete the directory. I also need some information from incoming district commanders as you can see from the last page of this document. Your year is not over until convention when the new officers get sworn in. Please help me get the information I need to make the directory as complete as possible.
