Congressman McEachin to Host Veterans’ Resource Fair
Free resource fair offering services, information to veterans and their families in one location.
RICHMOND – Congressman A. Donald McEachin (VA-04) will host a Veterans’ Resource Fair on Friday, November 17, 2017, at J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College’s downtown campus.
“As the son of an Army veteran, I continuously work to ensure that we are serving our veterans and their families as honorably as they served our country,” said Congressman Donald McEachin. “By hosting a resource fair, I hope to make it easier for veterans who far too often have a disjointed experience when they need to access the resources and organizations available to support their needs.”
What: The Veterans Resource Fair is a free event open to the public to provide veterans and their families with one location for services, organizations and agencies that provide resources at the local, state and federal levels. Attendees will have information about healthcare, benefits, higher education, workforce training, and employment.
When: Friday, November 17, 2017 from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
