Dear Department Adjutants:
As 2016 comes to a close, I want to remind you that the National Headquarters will be closed on December 22, 23 and 26, 2016. TFA applications that are received after 9:00 am (EST) on December 20, 2016, will not be processed until Tuesday, December 27, 2016.
The final check run for 2016 TFA applications will be on Thursday, December 29, 2016. TFA applications received after 9 am (EST) on this date will be processed on January 4, 2017.
Please pass on this information to those responsible for TFA applications and plan accordingly.
I also wanted to introduce Denise Dodson. She started today as our new Secretary for Youth Welfare. Please start copying her on TFA applications to ensure a timely response.
