The Department of Virginia sadly announces the passing of Past 17th District Commander Raymond “Ray” Lockett of Dorie-Miller Post 194.
The Memorial Service to be held at 6pm at Fairfax Post 177. The Post Address is 3939 Oak St., Fairfax, VA 22030 on Tuesday, February 22, 2022. Ray will be laid to rest at Quantico National Cemetery on February 28, 2022 in a private family ceremony
