Dear Adjutants and Department Leadership;
Next week we recognize national Suicide Prevention Awareness week. While we are sure that your departments will already have activities planned, in keeping with our resolution https://archive.legion.org/bitstream/handle/123456789/6496/2017S0028.pdf?sequence=1&isAllowed=y we have developed an information kit for your use should you need any additional information. In addition, there is host of resources located at http://spreadtheword.veteranscrisisline.net/ that are all free to use from The Department of Veterans Affairs.
Also, Commander Rohan will be sending out a video message to veterans and their families later this week.
